Every Monday – Guided road ride of 3-4 hrs including a cafe stop. A gentle, flat ride away from the hustle and bustle of the Mother City, along the coast to Melkbosstrand, with epic views of the ocean and Table Mountain (70km, 200m climbing).

WeatherDepending on the weather, consider bringing layers, a lightweight waterproof jacket, and sun protection. The ride is weather dependent and will not operate in case of high winds (a refund or alternative route or date will be offered in this case).

Notes

1. If you choose to add bike rental, please make your booking at least two days in advance of your activity date to allow us enough time to prepare and set up your bike.
2. This is a no-drop ride ie. we ride at a comfortable pace for the whole group. Where feasible, we will accommodate two different pace groups if requested
3. This ride includes a small section (1km out and back) riding on the verge of the N1 highway with fast moving traffic alongside. If you are uncomfortable with this, please do not select this ride.
